I subscribed but I don’t have access to the Premium lessons

Don't worry, we'll get you back to your guitar lessons. Your subscription is saved to the account you created in Simply Guitar.

⚠️ Purchased on our website and already had the app? If you had already logged into Simply Guitar before buying online, try this first: force close the app and reopen it. This allows the app to sync with your online purchase and should unlock your subscription straight away.

Separate from your Apple ID, you need to be logged into this account in the app (including on additional devices) to access your subscription.

  • Tap Menu () > My Account to see which account you used to log in

  • Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used to purchase your subscription. If not, please log in with the correct account.

  • If you can't find the email address you're account is on:

    • 🍏 iOS: Tap on Restore Purchases

    • 🤖 Android: Exit the My Account screen, head to Menu > tap Restore Purchases
