If you see "Error Downloading Asset", that usually means there's an issue with your internet connection, so start by checking that.
If your internet connection is working, try to:
Hard-close the app and restart it
If restarting the app doesn't work, try to reinstall the app
Make sure to create an account first to save your progress!
After the reinstall, log in with the same account again to continue.
