What to do when your purchase failed or was declined

My payment failed or was declined - what should I do?

If you're making an App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) purchase
Here are tips to get that taken care of for you to start learning:

If you're making a credit/debit card purchase

First, let's make sure we've got the right card info or try a different card. You received an invoice in your email and if you open that, you'll see the option "Pay online". Press that and you can enter the correct card details or switch to a different card πŸ’ͺ

You can also get more details from your card provider about what happened there.
