How do multiple profiles (family plan) work?
Does the whole family want to learn a new skill together? 🎸 Or perhaps everyone wants to learn multiple skills at once? 🌟 Sounds like Family Plan could be the perfect fit! 👨👩👧👦
With a Family Plan, you and up to four other family members can have your own profiles, track your individual progress, and learn and have fun with any of our apps, all from one account.
Make sure to select the Family Plan subscription option while you're subscribing, which includes full access to 5 premium profiles.
How do I create profiles for my family members?
To create profiles for your family, tap Menu > Manage > Add Profile in the app.
I'm currently on an Individual Plan, how can I upgrade to a Family Plan?
To upgrade, create a new basic profile by tapping Menu > Manage > Add Profile in the app menu. Enter the new profile that you just created, and click on any premium (locked 🔒) content to display the 'switch to family plan' screen. This will take you through the steps to upgrade so this and any other profiles you create will have full access to all our apps! 🙌
