Recover your Lost Progress

If you open the app and your progress isn't showing up, don't worry, we're here to help. Your Simply Guitar progress is saved to an account, usually through your email address. Make sure to use the email address you registered in the app, and not your Apple ID.

  • Tap Menu () > My Account to see which email address you used to log in

  • Make sure you are logged in with the correct account
